Nov 2009	The Canadian Chemical Producers Association asked TEAM to review Process Safety Management (PSM) in countries around the world and to determine how best to implement PSM in Canada. The report entitled "The Control of Major Accidents in Canada" has been published by the Canadian Society for Chemical Engineers. The report presents a roadmap to improving Canada's prevention of major industrial accidents and its release coincides with the 25th anniversary of the Bhopal Tragedy. -Read the report (link).
