The TEAM business centre is located in Beamish-Munro
Hall room 111.
Using The
Team Business Conference Facility

To book
room ILC 111 and obtain the key you can either:
- go into the 3rd
floor ILC office and talk to the secretaries,
or
- email ILC@post.queensu.ca
and ask to have a reservation for the
room.
Students in APSC
400 may have your ibutton programmed to allow
you into the room at any time. You still need
to book the room though.
To Use the
Conference Phone:
polycom
phone unit
To
Use the Conference Phone:
They
polycom unit is mounted in the back corner
of ILC 111. The microphone can be moved
to a central location in the room.
People
can dial in to the phone at 613-533-3308.
Rearrange
the desks so everyone when sitting can see
the projector image.
You can dial the number
by prefixing it with your TEAM phone code
and then use the normal dialing out procedure
(i.e. 9 1-613-545-1234)

meeting service:

After
the meeting:
Remember to
log the length of the meeting for phone
charges in the log book.
